Leadership

DFW-R, Inc. is a minority owned business led by principals, Katharine B. White RN, MSN, and Bill T. White, RN, MSN. Both Bill and Katharine are seasoned, hospital C-Suite executive officers and advanced practice clinical psychotherapists. Additionally, both have extensive drug treatment, leadership, financial, safety/risk management and human resources experience. Katharine and Bill co-authored two national articles in 2009, and are presenting at DATIA’s* Annual Conference in 2010 on the new, Drug Free Workplace managerial science innovation they co-developed. The Whites are advised by a team of business and addictions thought leaders – with intimate knowledge and understanding of the devastating, public health and economic consequences of workplace substance addiction.
